British stationery chain TG Jones, formerly WHSmith, has closed 22 of its UK stores in October as part of a restructuring that will see 150 branches shut.
The retailer launched "everything must go" sales before the closures in an effort to clear remaining inventory.
With more than 400 outlets across the country, TG Jones announced on July 1 that owners received approval for a company-wide restructure, targeting the removal of 150 stores to avoid administration.
October's closures include Bishop's Stortford (Oct 3), Bury St Edmunds (Oct 3), Inverness (Oct 6), Malvern (Oct 6), Truro (Oct 6), Maldon (Oct 9), Melton Mowbray (Oct 10), Bradford (Oct 11), Wickford (Oct 12), Leek (Oct 12), Bridgnorth (Oct 13), Hythe High Street, Kent (Oct 13), Pinner (Oct 14), Coney Street, York (Oct 14), Rickmansworth (Oct 17), Marlborough (Oct 17), West Wickham (Oct 19), Stratford High Street (Oct 20), Ormskirk (Oct 21), Orpington (Oct 28) and Droitwich (Oct 31).

The TG Jones store in Billericay is also slated to close, though a specific date has not been disclosed.
The Droitwich outlet at 17 Victoria Square, opened in 1929, is notable for nearing a century of operation before shutting.
Earlier, in September, the chain ceased operations in at least 19 branches, often causing associated post offices to close as well.
Rent reductions are being applied to other locations as part of the broader restructuring effort.
