Kate Golby, 44, a Norwich, Norfolk based award-winning psychic, died after a fall down the stairs at her home earlier this year.
She was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge but succumbed to her injuries on July 9, according to EDP.
An inquest opened at Norwich Coroner's Court on Wednesday heard her son discovered her at the bottom of the stairs.
Family members read a tribute in court, stating, "To call her death a tragedy would be an understatement." They described her as a "loving mother and daughter" who was "endlessly devoted to achieving her dreams".
Also known as Kate Oman, she was popularly called the "Sparkle Coach" and earned awards for her writing, including the 2017 Soul and Spirit Award for Best Spiritual Book for "Chasing Rainbows".
Golby identified herself as a psychic, women's empowerment coach, book coach and motivational speaker.
The inquest detailed that emergency services, including an air ambulance, responded after she was found unresponsive, and that she had no underlying medical conditions and no signs of third-party involvement.
The official cause of death was recorded as "severe extensive traumatic brain injury" resulting from the stair fall.
Coroner Johanna Thompson ruled the death accidental and offered condolences to her relatives.
Following the verdict, the family launched a GoFundMe page noting the loss had "seriously shaken the whole family". The page reads, "My mum helped countless people all around the world with coaching, writing, and events like Rise. She was loved and known by so many and I felt that raising funds towards her funeral would be a meaningful and heartfelt way for people to show their support."
