England captain Harry Kane, 33, marked his Ballon d'Or triumph by heading to one of London's most exclusive nightclubs.
Celebration at Cirque Le Soir
After beating strong rivals Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal at the Palladium Theatre ceremony, the Bayern Munich forward made his way to Cirque Le Soir in Soho to party with family and friends.
He lifted his Ballon d'Or trophy while his excited party entered the plush venue, where a crowd of champagne sparklers welcomed him and he raised a shot glass in thanks.
Kane was accompanied by his wife Kate and brother Charlie, and former Spurs teammates Eric Dier, Ben Davies and Matt Doherty were also spotted dancing in celebration.
First English Winner Since 2001
Donning a Rolex valued at £1million for the ceremony, Kane became the first Englishman to claim the award since Michael Owen in 2001.
When receiving the trophy, the Three Lions star delivered an emotional speech, saying, "I'm almost speechless, luckily I have this list. First of all thank you to French football, the Ballon d'Or this amazing event being in London as well looked a good omen for me so thank you very much."
He continued, "Thank you to everyone who voted for me. I can imagine it was really tough this year, with some of the incredible players I was up against - some of my team-mates and world class players in the room tonight."
Kane praised his Bayern Munich colleagues, coaches and England teammates, mentioning Vincent Kompany's hospital stay and thanking Thomas Tuchel, the staff and the club hierarchy.
He also acknowledged Tottenham Hotspur, stating, "I wanna say thank you to Tottenham Hotspur as well. I wouldn't be where I am today without Tottenham for sure. I was here from 11-years-old."
In closing, Kane thanked fans of Bayern, England and Spurs, and posted on social media, "Work hard in silence. Let success be your noise."
