MAFS UK participant Peggy Rose Lawrence disclosed that she is embarking on another IVF cycle after a miscarriage earlier this year.
In April, the former contestant from the 2023 E4 series said she lost her baby just one month after announcing her pregnancy.
She has now marked the expected delivery date of the lost child and said she and her partner are continuing IVF treatment in hopes of having a child together.
In an emotional video posted on Monday night, Peggy was shown blowing out a candle and wrote: "Today was meant to be the happiest day of our lives...but our story took a different turn."
She added: "26.10.26. Our baby's due date. The day we thought we'd be starting our new journey into parenthood."
"Instead, today marks the beginning of another journey... OUR SECOND IVF CYCLE."
"We'll always wonder what could have been, and our little angel will forever be part of our story. Today, we're lighting a candle, holding each other a little tighter, and finding the courage to try again."
The reality star continued: "I know a lot of people thought I overshared during our first IVF cycle...so if that wasn't for you, you might want to unfollow now, because I'll be sharing even more this time."
"The truth is, sharing my journey helped me, and I know it helped so many of you too. Your messages, support and stories made me feel less alone, and if being open about our experience helps even one person feel understood, it's worth it."
She said: "Not the journey we imagined, but one we're stepping into with hope, love and our dream of becoming parents still in our hearts. Here's to our next chapter. We can't believe it's fallen on the same date as our angels birthday."

Rose first gained attention as a beauty influencer on series 8 of the E4 show where she married Georges Berthonneau.
She is now in a relationship with a new partner, though the couple are keeping the relationship private.
Peggy has not disclosed her partner's identity or posted any photographs of him.
