While Lee shared cryptic messages, Katie sparked renewal rumors after being seen wearing her diamond engagement ring from Lee.
Lee has now tagged Katie in a post about "soulmates" and "knowing where his heart is," which the former glamour model shared on her Instagram story.
The message stated, "They say soulmates recognise each other instantly. I think that's why I felt so comfortable from the start. I didn't need time to understand how much you mean to me. My heart already knew. You're not just my person, you're my forever."
The Sun reported last week that the television star was spotted wearing the large diamond ring again, keeping it firmly on her left hand in recent social media posts.
During a Snapchat video last weekend, Katie flashed the rock directly at the camera.
Last month, Lee was spotted liking a post by Katie regarding her 24-year-old son Harvey.
The following day, Lee shared a cryptic love poem pointing toward a reunion.
The Sun previously revealed that Katie terminated their marriage via WhatsApp last month.
That decision followed her discovery that he had lied and held only £2.22 in his bank account.
Days after removing all of his pictures from her Instagram page, she appeared to show him grace online.
Followers noticed the mother of five is following his account again, and Lee is doing the same.
