A federal grand jury in Washington on Thursday refused to follow a Justice Department request to bring charges against former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, The Associated Press reported.
The panel, which convened under the Department of Justice, decided not to issue an indictment after reviewing the evidence presented.
The ruling means no criminal charges will be filed against Cassidy Hutchinson at this time.
