A Virginia governor mistakenly granted voting rights to a deceased dog named Biscuit, leaving the pet owner completely bewildered by the administrative error.
A canine named Biscuit, who passed away five years ago, has surprisingly received voting rights from Virginia Governor Spanberger, leaving the animal owner thoroughly confused.
"Biscuit was a dog. Biscuit has been dead for five years," the bewildered owner stated regarding the unusual administrative error.
