On Wednesday night's episode of The Tonight Show, host Jimmy Fallon performed a Nathan Fielder impression while guest Jamie Lee Curtis answered in a parody of Elizabeth Holmes, lampooning A24's documentary You Can See Everything.

Fallon opened with, "Now, be honest. Do you really want to be on the show tonight?" and Curtis replied in a Holmes-like voice, "Of course I do. I love talking to you," while wearing a blonde wig. The exchange continued with Curtis denying any promotional agenda for her new sitcom, saying, "No, I'm engaging with you as a human being. Why would I deceive you? There's no reason for me to do that."

Fallon concluded, "Good chat," before asking, "You're being real right now?" Curtis answered, "I'm always being real," and then shouted, "Thank God! Fuck, what an asshole!" as he left.

The cold open noted that Curtis appeared to promote Newlyweds, her NBC sitcom that debuted on Oct. 23. The series, starring Téa Leoni and Tim Daly, follows a free-spirited woman and a buttoned-up professor who marry impulsively after a swift courtship.

Curtis will recur as a guest star on Newlyweds and co-created the show with Gail Lerner, who was dismissed earlier this month over "creative differences." Lerner described the project as "the most joyous TV experience of my life" in her statement.

You Can See Everything opened in theaters on Oct. 16 and has earned $45.1 million domestically, receiving strong critical and box-office response. Directors Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim spent more than three years on the film, which portrays Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes a month before she began an 11-year prison term for investor fraud.
