In a second picture she moved indoors, still in the swimwear, to snap a selfie on her sofa.
She also uploaded clips from her break, including a sleek black dress, a reformer Pilates class and a selfie taken in a lift.
Although King Kenny, the boxer-influencer, did not appear in the posts, she referenced the show with a peace-sign picture that read: "POV your name hasn't come up at the round table once yet".
King Kenny has been one of Claudia Winkleman's selected Traitors from the start of the BBC series.
Viewers now believe a romance may be developing after Maya recruited him as a third Traitor.
Fans have noted lingering glances between the YouTube star and the broadcaster since the BBC One program began earlier this month.
The speculation grew when Maya revealed herself to Kenny in the turret after his recruitment on Thursday's episode.
He reached out for an embrace, a gesture he did not make toward fellow Traitor James Acaster.
Later, during a car ride while playing a Faithful, Kenny told his teammates, "If Maya is a traitor I will never look at her in the same way."
Comedian Romesh Ranganathan replied, "Well first of all I don't believe that for a second", prompting laughter from all three.
In a subsequent mission, Maya chose Kenny as her partner; when she said his name, Kenny responded, "My lovely darling."
