Both contestants, the last remaining Traitors in the BBC spin-off, were hoping to win as the show approached its final stages. During Thursday's penultimate episode, each came close to revealing their allegiance. The first near-miss occurred at breakfast when participants toasted after learning Sharon Rooney was the latest victim. Michael Sheen delivered a rallying speech to hunt the Traitors, and Romesh Ranganathan added, "To suffering!" Maya then raised her glass and said, "To killing them", before correcting herself to, "Banishing them even." No Faithful appeared to notice, though Kenny gave Maya a look and James Acaster took a sip. Later, the eight remaining players gathered at the roundtable for the next banishment. Some questioned why Michael had not been eliminated, citing his threat level. Kenny replied that Michael's intelligence would benefit either side, then added, "As a Traitor myself, I would have gotten rid of you already. So, that's my red flag on you." The camera cut to Sebastian Croft, known as Bash, who looked confused but said nothing. A third slip happened in the evening as contestants left the castle. While many said "good night", Maya told fellow Traitor Kenny, "See you later." Social-media viewers reacted, with one commenting, "They are literally spoon feeding them that they are traitors and they still are clueless." Another wrote, "Clearly a slip up and she knew that as she corrected herself. Kenny also dropped himself in it." A third noted, "Kenny at the round table saying 'as a traitor'." A fourth added, "Maya said to Kenny 'see you later' right in front of Michael after Kenny said he's a traitor at the round table lol." The roundtable concluded with comedian James Acaster, a Traitor, exiting the game under dramatic circumstances. Michael Sheen finally confronted him, prompting Acaster to admit his Traitor status while still at the table, leading to his unanimous vote-off by the other players, including Maya and Kenny. Remaining contestants are Faithfuls Michael Sheen, Romesh Ranganathan, James Blunt, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Sebastian Croft, alongside Traitors Maya Jama and King Kenny. ## Frequently asked questions ### Did Maya Jama reveal she was a Traitor on The Traitors?
